PRE-TREATMENT PROCEDURE:

• Brush and floss teeth.
• Apply INSTA WHITE Pre-Treatment Stain Remover to teeth using the applicator tip in bottle.
• Expectorate Do not rinse mouth.

WHITENING PROCEDURE:

• Insert a small drop of whitening gel per tooth in formed mouth trays. Use approximately 1/4 cc of gel per tooth. Be careful not to overload the trays.
• Insert trays into mouth and turn on the light device. (Open battery compartment and remove plastic insert separating batteries, re-insert batteries and light will function.)
• For optimal results, leave trays in for a 15-30 minute treatment.
• Turn off light and remove tray.
• Thoroughly rinse mouth and trays with water.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke for 15 minutes following the procedure.

REMINERALIZING PROCEDURE:

• Remineralization gel is to be used following the whitening procedure to help protect and strengthen the tooth enamel. Twist end of pen until gel is exposed on brush (this may take several twists) and paint a thin layer of INSTA WHITE Remineralizing Gel on front of teeth. Leave gel on teeth for 5 minutes. Expectorate. Do not rinse mouth.  It is recommended you remineralize just before going to bed for a thorough nighttime remineralization process.  Remineralize once a week during bleaching process and once a week thereafter for a healthy smile.
